The Electricity Regulatory Authority is currently conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) in collaboration with Cloud Bhutan, with support from GovTech Bhutan. The programme also includes training staff on the ERP system, while enabling users to test key functionalities, provide feedback, and ensure the systems meet ERA’s operational requirements ahead of implementation.
