The Electricity Regulatory Authority would like to inform the general public, electricity consumers, and licensees that the Dispute Settlement Rules and Regulations 2025 have been approved by the Commission. This new regulation supersedes the Dispute Resolution Procedures 2009, and has been revised to strengthen and streamline the dispute resolution process in the electricity sector, ensuring greater clarity, efficiency, and fairness in handling disputes between stakeholders.
