The Electricity Regulatory Authority successfully completed the handover of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) from Cloud Bhutan.
The systems will strengthen ERA’s digital transformation, improve internal processes and information management, and enhance efficiency in regulatory services.
