The Electricity Regulatory Authority (ERA) celebrated Parents Returning Day 2026 in collaboration with IEEE Returning Mothers’ Day 2026.
Inspired by Returning Mothers’ Day, ERA extended the celebration to Parents Returning Day to recognize and appreciate all parents, including male colleagues who play an equally important role in nurturing and supporting their families.
The celebration acknowledged the dedication of working parents and reaffirmed ERA’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and family-friendly workplace where every parent feels valued and encouraged.
